Anyone know when they go on sale? I am hoping they have it on oct 1st this year

i am waiting for the hhn tickets also.

last year they went on sale june 20, so i called today, nothing yet.

i booked at hrh for oct 7-10 and plan to go all three nights. also need to pick up the express passes for those nights.

i haven't seen a thing yet for the tickets.

Yeah I will keep looking out for them too. I can't wait to go and really hope they have it when I am down there. I leave on Oct 2 so I hope they have it on the first!

i read on another board that hhn will start on sept 30
thats a friday so oct 1 , sat, oct 2 sun......

i will go back to the other site and be sure it said opening is sept 30.

MNSSHP and HOS opens sept 30, so it makes sense that hhn will be too

i will post here when i find out when tickets go on sale.

the first two years i went, i did not buy the express passes for the event.
last year i did and i was grateful that i did. the lines for the houses at 8:45 stretched for 90 minutes on some............

when you buy the hhn, buy the express at the same time for the discount.

Thanks ! I might just do that about the express passes. I am going to both HHN and MNSSHP unfortunately MNSSHP is only on Sept-30 and not Oct-1 (I leave on Oct-2) so I hope that HHN is on Oct-1 like you said :) I will keep looking

go to the HOS website for that info.

i will be at disney from 9/27 and checking out early on oct 7. moving over to hrh for 4 days

i am doing mnsshp on 9/30 and hhn on oct -7-8-9

i will bet my first born son that hnn will be on oct 1. opening night is very very very crowded.........then we went on th opening weekend, we did the first and third nights. it was packed the first night and walk on the sunday night.

one word of advice on mnsshp, the 31 and opening nights are the ones that sell out by end of august. or at least that is how it was the last two years.
last year, i went on the second night it was held and crowds were better than the opening night there.

About 95% sure that it will be on Oct 1st. There would be an amazingly large uproar if it wasnt. Opening day is Sept 30th this year (the 1st Friday) and that would make Oct 1st another HHN night (that's the day I'm going as well - since Sunday isn't HHN the 1st week)

the regular express pass during the daytime is free.
the express plus pass in the daytime has a fee, $20 - 35 depending on the season.

for hhn, the express pass is cheaper if you buy it at the time of your hhn tickets.

holders of this express pass gets a separate line by passing the long regular one for all the haunted houses and all the rides.

last year, two of the workers never marked/punched/scanned my ticket and i was able to use it again.

the express pass for hhn looks like the admittance ticket. it is programed for one visit for all rides and houses.

if you need more 411, let me know

no hhn tickets for sale yet..................still calling regularly

You're wasting your time then. The HHN website won't go up 'till August at the earliest. Until then, the dates (and everything else) will just be rumored and not concrete.

looking at my receipt of 2004, i bought the tickets on june 20...........

last time when i called universal they told me to call frequently as the tickets will be on sale soon.

Yeah they came out earlier last year, and more rumors around this time.
The only rumor I've heard so far is in IOA and no "parade" though there is likely to be some sub for the parade. I'm guessing most is taking longer and will be under wraps due to 15th anniversary.

yes, i heard that rumor also but don't buy it at this point.

i stick with what i hear on chainsawwolf.com site.
when i hear it there, then i believe it.
some of the posters there are universal employees and many work HHN each year.

screamscape has started some rumors recently but not sure about them

you have to ask yourself, how can hhn exclude the mummy ride???

too many attractions at universal to keep the park just at ioa.

i know it was done like that in 2003, which i went to, but the crowds were much bigger in 04. ioa can only hold so many people and have so many houses. i recently heard rumors on the number of haunted houses that will be up.
like i said, i will wait until wolf posts about hhn.
