Ok, heres the plan. You get the money, wire it through brazil. put it in a bank account in Switzerland, fly back to the states, and use the money as fast as possible.

The card was that of a deceased relative. Does the family minus the thief get to keep the winnings? I'd gladly pay the credit card company the dollar to keep the million...

I was under the impression though that you can't buy lottery/gambling games using a credit card.

Many cc companies will not authorize charges for internet gambling etc but I think purchased in person it doesn't matter.

I heard that on the radio today. But around here and I believe back in New England you cannot buy lottery or scratch tickets with a credit card - for that matter not with a debit card either.
