I had alot of help when I hit the wall the first time-need some again.
Quick bio-I have lost 35 lbs since I started 7 weeks ago. I was eating WAY too little in the beginning. I hit the wall about week 4 and stayed the same for over a week. I got some good advice here and changed. However, I have now gone over 1 week with no loss. And I have just started a full out exercise program and have gone 7 days-hard.
My eating consists of:
Bfast- bowl of cereal or unbuttered bagel
Lunch-2 eggbeaters and a slice of fat-free turkey
Dinner-a Lean Cuisine meal-no more than 325 calories and 9g of fat.
Snacks-2 a day Pita Snacks(baked)-pickles-apples-yogurt
Beverages-water(Propel) and Diet Pink Lemonade
Absolutely No cheating and no sweets

Any advice?? 22 more to go
Thanks

I'm going to guess that if you have been faithful to your healthy eating plan then the fact that you are maintaining your weight is most likely due to all of that working out you are doing. Muscle weighs more than fat and if you are building muscle then you are less likely to see a loss on the scale.

Have you lost inches? You have measured yourself already, haven't you? Getting smaller is even more important than getting lighter, don't you think? I think it is. You could have lost inches instead of pounds because of your hard workouts.

Oh my gosh! Did you take the WISH challenge? I must have missed you, I can't find you on our roster. Sorry :) If you haven't taken the WISH challenge yet I sure hope you will :)

Sounds like your on a roll to me!!!! Not a stall a rollllllllllllllll. Listen as with any exercise and trust me i've started and stop and restarted so i know from exp here. It usually takes about 8-9 days for my body to adjust to the exercise and show me a result. By the full second week i'm rolling again. So don't give in or give up i bet you'll get a whoosh when it happens to that's the way it is for me. I suggest too you boost up your water intake the exercising needs more water to keep your joints and muscles going and there working extra hard for you now. Can i suggest you change your menu i know that was a sample but your not eating ENOUGH unless your having a nice supper with meat and veggies. Look at those carbs in your lean cuisne choices and take note of that soduim too. You could have a 6' sub from subway for less fat and and soduim and possibley less carbs. So you could have a whole wheat turkey sandwich with mustard and a bag of wow chips at home. I allow myself the healthy choice pizza on sundays at lunch if i want it but i don't eat prepackaged meals for the most part ever! There a treat to me. Oh and you may want to consider adding more protein in your diet maybe add two more slices of your turkey. For breakfast what about an egg mock muffin? Use the good kraft cheese don't skimp your need that protein. Get some good english muffins toast them and lay your cheese on it, scramble up your egg beaters and lay on top and if your prefer the turkey over slices of 98% ff ham that's cool too. You'll enjoy that muffin i love those. I would add atleast another 5 grams of fat to your meals and another 500 calories per day you exercise. And bump up the water i go for 1/2 my body weight in oz's of water as a rule of a MINIMUM i drink per day. I hope this helps you out. Stay strong your doing great!!

I still think you are eating too little. Maybe there is a website (anyone know?) where you could find a recommended calorie intake guideline for someone your height and figure it from there.
