Hit and Run in Delaware County,Pa

Hello fellow Dis'er it's 9-11, what were you doing 4 years ago ? What are you doing today? Me ? I was a victim of Hit and Run along the ramp going south band of rt 352 from Granite Run mall Media earlier this morning around 12:09AM 9-11. If you know someone who have a RED Ford/Chevy SUV model 90's pls. tell him to do the right thing.

And my advice to all who are in an accident don't let them off your sight, and before anything else walk around the other party's vehicle and get the TAG plate. I know you’ll be in shock and that’s why I hate myself so much for being stupid and not practicing what I preach to all my friends and family. I trusted his soft-spoken self (in HIS mid 20's about 5'6 to 5'11, Male Caucasian). A person like him teaches someone like me to be leery to everybody regardless of color and race, basically the human race. What am I going to do? Is there anything else you can do with stuff like this? Reported it to the police that moment and they got his description and all, the police said that's what insurance is for and yes your car can still be fix. But is that really the answer to the problem? And so it is OK for me to just hit anybody’s car then? I know it is not a major crime compared to all the stuff somewhere else. I guess I am just trying to understand. Trying to make sense and reason to what happen. Try to evaluate all my action in the past if this is Karma I just wanted to understand what did I do that I got this Karma. How can you find peace to a situation that you can’t understand?

How terrible. Maybe someone saw something and will come forward to help you. I guess we can't count on a 'guilty conscience' making the man come forward. How sad. Good luck. At least you weren't seriously hurt.

So sorry this happened to you. I would put an add in your local paper to anyone who saw anything. Also could you possibly check mall survellence. I have no idea of the area but saw you mentioned the mall.

am not really close to that mall since it is the ramp going on to a major highway but I was close to Hannum's Harley Bike store. I would go there in the morning to ask if they have a camera that reaches the highway range. Thank you for this idea. And thank you for letting me vent.

I can relate to your frustration. After a guy hit my back bumper off he just kept going. Thank goodness two cars behind him was a Fire Police who chased him and made him come back. I am still having problems with my back after a year & a half. I keep hoping my trip will be as pain free as possible without too many pain killers

Hi, thanks. I have been seen 2x by my chiro and hopefully a couple more soft adjustment and I will be ready for our vacation. I see that we get there the same time... we're flying out PHL to MCO on the 23rd and flying out MCO back to PHL on the 1st of Oct...staying at ASMu. i hear yah I hope not to use alot of those painkillers...arggghhhh
