History of upgrades while using Concierge Collection?

Hello!

We are planning to utilize a couple of the resorts offered through the Concierge collection and are hoping that those of you who have used points for the Concierge collection can add some insight.

For those who have stayed on points at the Concierge resorts, have any of you been fortunate enough to have been given an upgrade? We're wondering if DVC members have been given any special treatment at any of those resorts or whether the resorts usually stay right on track with the room booked and listed on the reservation points chart. Or, have any of you been given the option to pay for an upgrade to a nicer view or a suite?

Any experiences would be appreciated!
