Historically, has there been free dining offered for May?

Like many others, we are in the plannings for a May 2012 trip. We are torn between onsite or offsite at Windsor Hills. We've done both and love both for different reasons... I saw the new Room Only discount, but was really hoping for Free Dining, that will probably be our deciding factor for on / off site. Was just wondering if anyone remembers from the past, if Free Dining has been offered in early may, or if I shouldn't get my hopes up. Thanks!

Check mousesavers.com. For the last week in May we had a FD PIN or was it GP.

No early May - .. they did have it for the very end of May early June check in dates. I remember paying close attention last year because I really wanted to go during the Flower and Garden festival - but discounts were far and few between for the GP...So we went with the end of May. We checked in the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and had Free Dining for our 10 day stay.

I am hoping and praying for free dining again next May as well. We went this past May and although it was busy, we had 7 nights and 8 days of Heaven!!!

If they will offer Free Dining at the end of May 2012, do you know typically how far in advance they announce it? For those that got the Free Dining last may, do you recall when the sale was announced?

It was announced in the fall and had to have been booked by the end of December.

Perhaps we had different deal offers in mind but...

We went last May and took advantage of free dining...but we didn't book until March? Is this unusual?
