Historical Jan AP rates?

Anyone have any idea what has historically been offered as AP rates in January? I found on another site generally when the discounts come out but I'm trying to plan (or dream, lol) ahead. Anyone have any idea what has been offered in the past?

I think for planning purposes, if you take the rack rate and deduct around 25-30%, you'd be in the ballpark. It seems like my discount was between 30-40% last Jan/Feb, but it's better to estimate a little high than to estimate too low.

Last year I paid $59 a night for Pop Century. The year before I paid $49 a night at Pop Century, but that was through the AP best rate program, which is gone now.
