Historical data on when 2011 AP rates will be released?

We are looking for a AP rate for Jan 2011. Does anyone have any historical data on when AP rates are usually released?

We want to add dining but without buying park tickets so I think holding out for the AP rate is going to be the best deal for us. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just went back through my emails. I changed my January 2010 trip from a pin code rate to an AP rate the day AP rates were released. The confirmation email is dated 11/2.
