So I need to loose 10lbs. And it is SO difficult. I think I am doing good But the weight is not going anywhere. My husband did p90x and lost a ton of weight. But it is way too hard for me. Now I am trying hip hop abs. I like the workouts they are fun and fast passed. I am trying to follow the diet plan also. I hope I can do this. Has anyone had luck with the hip hop abs workout?
