I'm looking for hints for winning the Best Game room award. One of my characters has an awesome game room that has been open a lot during the past 10 days or so. Any time I open it, I end up keeping it open for the entire night (4 to 5 hours) due to its popularity. When the room is open, it almost always has three red Mickey heads and about a half hour wait to get in. This game is very popular and has many repeat customers! It didn't win the Best Game room award this week so I am wondering how I can make sure it gets considered for the award.
Here are my main questions:
Does a staff member actually visit your room? and if so, how can you attract their attention so they will visit your room?
My room is themed for Villains month which is done now. Will it still have a chance of winning the Best Game room award now?
Thank you so much for any help you can offer!

). Spinning two of a kind wins a prize of my choice, almost always furniture worth 100 to 300 credits or more. I also reward people who have been extra nice while waiting, who help shout out the numbers, who play a lot but don't win and whatever other reasons I think up. I let them know why they are being rewarded with the hope that they will continue to demonstrate their good behavior. You climb "Chernabog's Mountain" as you spin each generator and climb to the peak to claim your prize. Then you descend the other side of the mountain and exit through a coffin teleporter. The coffin teleporter leads to another representation of "Chernabog's Mountain" and you exit through a valley while avoiding the fire.
TimidVicky also gets tons of offers to help so she started allowing helpers to sit with her. However, some of the helpers have been disruptive to the game so she is going to rethink the helper idea.
