Hilton orange review 4/27-4/30

Did priceline bid got Hilton suites for $55 with $11 night parking Nice older hotel that is undergoing updating. Room was 1 bedroom had pullout bed couch in living room with tv wet bar microwave fridge. Bedroom had king bed and tv. Turn down service with cookies or candy nightly and free bottled water.
Lobby had fruit water coffee and tea in lobby with mini muffins in am.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Bar had good happy hour $3-7 drinks and $5 food.
Outside pool was under construction but inside pool was ok. 3.5 ft perfect for my girls.
Drive was quick 5 min to DTD.

Park was busy but did a lot with fast passes.

Saw ken jeong (from the hangover ) and ended up riding astro orbitor at the same time as him.

All in all great trip now I want to go back with out the kids

I stayed there last summer as well. I got it via priceline at 45.00 per night, in case anyone is interested. I thought it was a very pleasant hotel. My only problems were that the soap smells really bad, and the beds were doubles not queens (this is a big deal if you are sharing a bed with your kid). The free shuttle to the park was very nice, as were the cookies. I didn't like feeling so far from the action, though. It seemed light years away from DL to me.
