Has anyone bought Hilton Head direct recently? We added on a few weeks ago on a Cruise and were told we would get documents in the mail once points were found. Any idea how long it takes?

After 7 weeks on the waiting list for 100 HHI Sept points direct from Disney, I called my guide and asked about other use years. Less than 48 hours later (a week ago), I received a call offering me 100 HHI Oct use year ! Within two more days I had the points and could make my ressie for next May. Since we were on a vacation when the points came through, our guide said that she would delay mailing the documents until this week and that they would come fedex. We already had a small HHI contract but wanted more points so we could travel there more often.
