Hilton Head weather these days

Hi there. I will be in Hilton Head tomorrow, and, by watching the weather forecasts, it seems like it will be scattered t-storms all week. Now, I am not an expert interpreting forecasts, but what can I expect in terms of sunshine/ temperature in Hilton Head these days. I mean....what beach is fun without sunshine, right?


Any SC residents/experts?

Got an email this morning from a friend in Hilton Head who said it was pouring out.

"Normal" weather in Hilton Head at this time of the year is very similar to Florida -- sunny and humid in the morning with afternoon/evening scattered showers. Of course, with it being tropical storm/hurricane season, you never know!

I'm sure you'll have plenty of beach time while you're there. Have a wonderful time!

Hi, I was in HHI last week. The weather was hot and in the afternoon we had showers which lasted for maybe a little over an hour. When we were there, they were calling for scattered showers just about every day. We had a great time and I thought the weather was good. The waves were a little bigger than usual because of the hurricane which struck the outer banks.

Here in Columbia SC its been hot and humid....we got a small break from the heat over the weekend but it seems to be back now. Supposed to get rain the next several days....

I'm in HH now and the weather has been great for the most part. There's a chance of rain every day but today was the first we saw any at all, and even that was only a light but steady drizzle for maybe an hr. or so. It didn't stop us from doing anything, after it stopped, we went and played mini golf. Previous to today, the sun was out from morning til sundown and humidity has been so comfortably low, although i know that is unusual. Other summers we've been here, it's been miserably hot where this time, its actually a little cool in the mornings and evenings. I love it here anytime of year, any type of weather!
