This thread is dedicated to those DVC and Disney nuts who dive a bit deeper into their Disney vacations than the average Joe. They are the people who notice things like the quality of silverware at the restaurant , the flushing power of the toilet, hidden Mickeys, and little nooks/crannies of the resort that others might miss. If you are one of those people, please contribute to the thread.

Things to post:
1) photos of places at the resort that others might miss
2) commentary on obscure elements of the resort
3) tips for making the most of a stay at this resort

I was told this when I purchased HH, but if I am wrong somebody correct me. All of HH beaches are public beaches but the closest public access to Disneys beach area is miles away so Disneys beach area is semi private. You need your room key to access Disneys beach house to get to the beach.

If you drive to HH and are coming from the west or midwest consider staying in Ashville N.C., a beautiful area in the mountians. We stay at the inn at Biltmore Estates where you can also tour the Biltmore Estate, which is the largest home in the United States, built in 1895. There are also alot of other things to do in Ashville that have to do with the beauty of the area.

You might want to check out the HH Adoration thread. There are a number of great tips and photos from the resort already posted. There are also similar threads for many of the other resorts already on the boards.

rutgers1 -- thanks for starting these threads. It's nice to have a fresh start on recent info that folks have to contribute. Some of the other long threads are pretty intimidating to wade through (but also fun for newbies).
