I know nothing is guaranteed, but does anyone know how difficult it is to get a 2 br at HH in august, I'm thinking of next year with my Sisters family, they would cover the weekend costs and i would cover the rest with points. What are the chances of getting a 2 br say the 2nd or 3rd week of august at the 7 month window??

I am just guessing, but I think those weeks might be easier to book at 7 months than weeks earlier in the summer. I would call exactly at 7 months, day by day. Two bedrooms are the most plentiful, so that will help also. Good luck, you will love HH!

Later in August and for a 2 BR, I'd say your chances are good, especially if you call day by day. Since it sounds like you'll be staying for a full week, you might also consider an exchange to one of the Beach Front Marriott's for 270 points. There are a lot more 2 BR units and that will improve your chances.
