Our family was there is July as well. We LOVED HHI! Already booked for Spring Break!

DD did a lot of activities, but missed the ones your kids participated in. I guess we will need to do the puppet show, birdhouses, and pirate day in March.

Looking at your photos reminds me of why we are going back!

Just a quick question. We are just buying into SSR, but want to go to Hilton head in June 2005. Do you have pts at HH or did you manage to make the ressies 7 mos in advance?

We do not own at Hilton Head. We made ressies at the 7 month window for this past July and again for this coming March. Both times we booked a 2 bedroom dedicated (I think that helps). Anyway, happy planning!

Hi-

We own at BWV and VB, but had no problem booking HH for July at the 7 month window- I did call day to day to make the ressie. Ditto for our upcoming Easter trip- called day to day at 7 months out- got a 2 BR no problem. I cannot explain (even tho the pictures are great) how wonderful this resort it. You just have to see it to believe it. Hilton Head Island itself is a true gem.

Thank you for sharing this here. I bet it was a fantastic way to share your vacation with family and friends, but it's also a great way to share it with fellow DISers. We're making our first trip to HH in less than a month, and it was wonderful to see it through your pictures.

Thank you all for the nice comments on my family. I'm pretty attached to them myself!!

It seems the more DVC vacations we take, the closer we get. My kids have had the times of their lives at WDW, VB and HH- and DH and I treasure each and every DVC moment with them- because they are growing up so quickly. Joining DVC was by far one of the best decisions we ever made. (Now, if I can just figure out how to squeeze in an add-on...........)

Great slide show of HH, I was very unsure if I wanted to go to HH but after seeing your silde show I think I'll talk the family in going sometime next year
