Hilton Head Island

Hi!

I hope you don't mind me jumping in with a question. I've been lurking and posting very occasionally for a few months, and I'm after some advice.

Our next WDW holiday will be in 2015, and we are currently pondering where to go in 2014. We've been looking at Hilton Head Island and wondered if anyone else has visited?

We'll be visiting relatives in NY, so should be able to get there easy enough from there.

We went to Hilton Head for a week a few years ago now.

We rented a condo right near the beach, there was a pool or you could walk right onto the beach.

Golf, walking, biking,sailing are many of the pastimes there.

We played mini golf, and went to the beach! There were nice places to eat out, a large complex called Sea Pines if I remember with a lighthouse and restaurant and holiday rentals, also a small shopping mall

We had a lovely time at Hilton Head back in 2007 - found lots to do and visited Savannah and Charleston. We stayed at Disney's Hilton Head Resort on our DVC points.
