Hilton Head, extra bathrooms for guest, not in their room?

What floor is the check-in area at in Hilton Head? And is there a public bathroom in that area, if not, do they have public bathrooms for guest to use, other than in their unit?

The check in desk is on what would be the second floor, but down from it is the parking garage, so the desk is on the first floor, labled #1.

Yes there are public rest rooms across from the desk.

There are also public rr at the pool and at the Beach House.

Ok, so when we were there last year, we were in room 1212, and that was on the first floor?

Our room was 1114, and that was on the check in floor.

The first floor is actually the second floor because the first floor is the garage. So the elevator is labeled G for ground/garage and 1 for first floor.
