Hilton Head Cash Rates- April

Hello all-
Trying to get started planning next year's trip- can anyone who was in HH this past April tell me what the rates were for 2 Bedrooms during Easter week? I plan on using points/cash combo but can't find the rates anywhere.

$308 for the 2-bedroom.

The official HHI rates for 2007 may not be out yet. You can still book a cash room, but the rate is subject to change. I booked spring this year and I don't think the official rates were out until fall 2005. Cash availabilty at HH can be booked early, sometimes even shortly after the 11-month window. The $308 rate sounds about right to me, that's around $250.00 with a member discount.

We just did the week before Easter this year. The rack rate was $420, it was $315 plus tax for one night with the DVC discount. It was considered peak season.

I was told by MS that to book a cash room with a DVC discount, if the resort is not your home resort, you can not book until the 7 month window. Is this true?
