Hilton Head Beach House for DVC Only?

We’re thinking about booking a stay at Disney’s HHI resort. Can resort cash stay (i.e., non-DVC) guests visit the Beach House and beach there? I’m assuming yes, but I read something about some amenities being for DVC members only, so I wanted to double check.
