We are going on our first trip to Hilton Head Island in two weeks! We'd like to have our kids do some of the craft activities and we'd also like to try the shrimp boil at the beach house. Do we need to have reservations for these activities before we go?

No. You can make ressies when your down there. When you check in, they will give you an activity sheet. Look over it and sign up for what you want as soon as possible. They have many activities.
You will have a great time. We just returned from our first vacation there and can't wait to return:)

My family and I will be there at the end June for our second time. Beach house was real nice. Renting beach chairs for every day all at once was helpful. You rent from town life gard. This is a nice laid back vaction. This is our home DVC. You can book some things 1 week out. Early June should be easy to book stuff. How old are your kids? My son at 10 could not take the fire pit night. He was to "big" for it. Good for little kids. The wife and I liked watching. Have fun its a real nice place.

Some of the activities aren't available for sign-ups till the day before, however. Just take a look at the schedule as soon as you settle in; decide what you want to do and plan when you have to call to make arrangements. BTW, that will be the most "structured" thing you will have to do while you're at Hilton Head! :lmao:

I have the activity sheets from last June in pdf format. PM me your email address and I will send to you (anyone). :thumbsup2
