Hilton called offering me a three night stay at the Hilton Downtown Disney, $100 towards my next Hilton stay and 15K bonus points for $99 and a tour of the HGVC in Orlando. Has anyone done this? How long is the tour? I imagine its high-pressure. Worth it?

Haven't done Hilton's specifically, but have heard they aren't particularly high pressure compared to some. The large chains with a reputation to uphold generally let you out with your skin still intact if you just say no often enough. I have done Sheraton/Starwood presentations and survived - and then went online and bought resale for a fraction of what they were asking.

Personally I would only do it if they gave us a 2BR unit at HGVC. I don't see why staying in a hotel unit in the DDRA would induce you to buy a timeshare villa elsewhere. Presumably they'll transport you to the resort? You will also lose a half day of that 3 days for the presentation guaranteed. They might say an hour; don't believe it!

I've done the Hilton tours and they aren't bad. I would also push for a HGVC resort. All 3 are nice. Parc Soleil is the best (IMHO). It makes since that you would tour the resort you are staying at.
