Hilton Garden Inn Sea World

Hi!
I have a quick question about the Hilton Garden Inn near Sea World. I have booked this hotel for one night for my Dad. He will be visiting an elderly aunt in the Tampa area while we are visiting my in-laws on the East coast, prior to us all meeting in Disney. He wanted a clean, decent place to stay that is close to I-4 so he can get there easily from the airport and then shoot down to Tampa. He is planning to stay with his aunt for a day or two, but she lives in a small senior facility and he doesn't want to impose.

Just wanted an opinion about the hotel for anyone who has stayed there before. If it is not a good place for him, can someone give me a suggestion, based on the above info?

If you are familiar with Hilton Garden Inns, this is typical for the chain. HGI's are Hilton's answer to Marriott's Courtyards. I've stayed here several times, and have had no problems. It's reasonably new (within 3-5 years), and probably about 7 or 8 floors high. There is another HGI just off I-drive closer to Universal that usually has cheaper rates, but I think the SeaWorld location is better. Nearby are a Residence Inn by Marriott and Rennaisance resort. Also several timeshares by Marriott and Hilton. It's very close to a partial I-4 interchange (that is, eastbound exit, westbound entrance, or to/from Disney/Tampa). And of course, it's very close to SeaWorld.
From the airport, take the BeeLine, exit at I-drive. Go south on I-dr (toward SeaWorld/Disney, away from Convention Center) to Central Florida Pkwy, turn right. Go past SeaWorld entrance, and HGI will be on right.
