Hilton DTD traffic

Spending 4 days after cruise. Just recalling when we were down in April that traffic in the Downtown Disney Area was ugly with the construction.

Anyone recently stay at the Hilton across from DTD? Just wondering if traffic is a pain coming and going from resort to parks. We have a car and probably will use it vs. the DTD hotel busses.

Be prepared for bad traffic anywhere along the DTD roadways. We've been avoiding it whenever possible, but if you're staying at the Hilton you'll just have to grin and bear it.

Thanks, we might switch to a moderate Disney. Of course 1 good thing with the Hilton is once we're there we can walk to DTD and avoid trying to park or take a bus.
