Hilton DTD to SWAN ??

Hi , I am having some trouble figuring this out.. we are a party of 3 adults and 4 kids all arriving on the June 15 at some point to the Hilton DTD on June 16 we need to check in at the SWAN . How is the easiest way ??
Load all bags in car w/ 1 adult drive to SWAN rest go from DTD to MK to SWAN ?
can they got to Epcot catch the boat to the swan ?? We plan to spend the day in MK ( so would that require a hopper )

OH Gosh help this needs to easier then I am making it

Hi Michelle. If you're all going at the same time, load stuff in car, and send car to Swan. The rest can take the bus direct from DTD to the Swan. It's easy!

I'm confused about the confusion LOL Are you all planning to spend the day at MK? (I'm confused about the MK to Epcot to Swan question?) Do you have one car at your disposal?

Why not check out of the Hilton, put all bags in the car if they can fit. Somebody take bags to Swan and leave at bell desk (probabaly won't be able to check in early in the day), park car. Get bus from Swan to MK and meet up with the rest of your party. (They can go direct from Hilton to MK). Then all of you take bus from MK to Swan mid-afternoon to check in?

Thanks - We have decided that we will load bags drive to swan , meet up in MK .. BUT Where is the question now ? I am thinking the flagpole area right when you walk onto main street ??
