Hilton- Downtown Disney area vs. Dolphin- Epcot area

HELP!

I have 2 differant reservations - already paid for _- got great deals on both!!!! but need to cancel 1 because I am at the 7 day mark.

Which is the best from past experiences:
Hilton vs Dolphin.

The resort changer is at it again....... One last time before we depart.
Since I had a budget could not stay where I really wanted to stay so settling.

The other issue is that this will be DH 1st ever Disney World trip...want it to be awesome for him so he can fall in love with it like me.......

Stay at the Dolphin. The location can not be beat. You can walk to 2 parks... Epcot and DHS. You are also right next to the Boardwalk area and Epcot resorts which offer many delicious restaurant choices and things to do. It is a great area

Also the pool at the Dolphin is amazing, the one at the Hilton is small and not much other than your standard hotel pool. The Dolphin has activities for the kids at the pool and they do movies on the beach at night
They also have a 24 hour place to grab something hot to eat.

Dolphin all the way and I have stayed at both.

I am very anxious- excited!

I looked at someones post about Dolphin/ Swan and it sold me on the property.

The Swan and Dolphin would be the absolute correct choice, walking to two parks, enjoying the boardwalk, beach club etc. You certainly get a more Disney experience plus great restaurants within the hotels.

Dolphin - not even close - and believe me you will NOT feel like you are settling !
