We are planning a trip in October and are considering staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. (My husband has racked up a lot of points with business travel). We plan to rent a car as I don't have the patience for the shuttle buses with a 1.5 year old. My 3 questions are: If we stay at the Hilton, do we get free parking at the theme parks as you do when you stay onsite at Disney? What are the fees to park our rental car at the Hilton hotel? Are we able to take advantage of extra magic hours if we stay at the Hilton?

Thanks in advance for any advice!:)

You will not get free parking at the parks. It's $14 a day. You will also not get EMH. Those perks are for onsite hotels only. The Hilton DTD has EMH I think, but not Bonnet Creek. You could always call the hotel and check

this resort (no matter what you read) is NOT on WDW property.

so no WDW benefits

Now the Hilton Orlando LBV is on Disney property and they do get EMH - but you have to pay a resort fee for it. It is much older than Hilton BC.

Hilton did try for a while to get the EMH benefit for BC.

There is a parking fee at the resort. We always valet and I believe that was around $25, I don't remember the fee for self park but I know there was one.

We enjoy the resort and the Waldorf next door, very close to parks. We have always paid for the base room and used points to upgrade to a suite. I would just avoid the parks with any EMH as they will tend to be crowded anyway. Have a great trip.
