Hilton Bonnet Creek Check-In

I have a question about the check in process at Hilton Bonnet Creek. We will be arriving around 11am. Would they be able to check us in if there is a room available or are they strict with their check in time?

If there are rooms available, they will check you in. When I went in May, I checked in between 11:30 and noon, don't remember the exact time.

If no rooms are available, they will hold your luggage and you can use the amenities or head to a park if you want.

From what I heard from owners when we stayed there end of June is that dont expect to check in early. We sure werent able to. If you are able to consider yourself lucky

You may be thinking of the Wyndham Bonnet Creek, a timeshare. The OP menas the Hilton Bonnet Creek, a hotel, whihc is next door to the Wyndham. There are no owners there; it's a regular hotel.

I believe so. I stayed on the 15th floor. The ice machine was in a small room right off the elevator.

Note that there were NO vending machines (drinks, snacks, etc) on the floors. They want you to buy that stuff from the store/gift shop. And they are pricey! I was going to buy a pint of milk, and it was over three bucks! I bought a half gallon at the Contemporary for $2.95 and change instead and brought it back w/ me on the shuttle.

Yes they will check you in early. We arrived at about 9am a few weeks ago, and got in a room no problem. There are also ice machines on each floor, but as mentioned, no vending machines. The Muse downstairs has various snacks and bottled drinks available...
