Hilton and MDE - Lead Times

I booked a 10 Night Stay at Hilton Buena Vista Palace with 7 Day Passes for early June 2019 through Costco Travel over the weekend. I have received my Disney Reservation number and added to MDE. I have also received my Hilton Confirmation number from Costco Travel although MDE is still not recognizing it.

Does anyone have any experience with Hilton Reservations and MDE? I read it can take up to 72 Hours...ugh!

I am looking for some hope with real-life feedback of what I should expect. Did it really take 3 days?

Not sure if this has worked for you yet, but I have generally been able to connect to MDE within 24 hours with the Hilton hotels. One time it would never connect and I had to call Disney and they said that if you "modify" your reservation in any way it struggles to connect. All that I had "modified" on the reservation has changed the credit card on file.

If this is already linked, then a separate Hilton confirmation # can’t be linked. The systems mesh to give you 1 # to link.

Your tickets should be ‘bundled’ in that reservation confirmation number from Disney,

It finally worked yesterday morning exactly 24 hours after I received the confirmation # inside my Costco Travel account. Thanks for the insight as you were exactly correct.

Since it's a Hilton property the Disney Reservation # was only for the tickets and I got a typical Hilton confirmation number for my stay. As mentioned above exactly at 24 hours the My Disney Experience app recognized my stay and I tied it to each family member in my party! I got all my FPs setup and was able to get everything booked at day 58. I was able to secure SDD at 58 +4 and 58 +7. I also got FOP at 58 +3. All in all I got everything I wanted on the days I requested. SDMT at 58, 58 +6 and 58 +10.

Thanks for explaining! The Hilton ‘bundle’ acts differently from Swan/Dolphin.
