Hi

Are you trying to book a room through holiday extras? If so we had to ring them to get a price for a family room (2ad 2 ch)
HTH's

We have stayed there twice before in a family room (4 of us), and we are booked to stay again in December. I think the 4 person family rooms are limited, so if they have all been booked you may only see the 3 person family room.

Ahhh well Not a biggie
It may be The Gatwick Holiday Inn!
Thanks Guys

Stayed there many times, the last time being Easter this year. They definately have family rooms for 4 i.e. one king bed and two singles. For some reason they don't appear on the web site but places like ABC Holiday Extras can quote for them.

The only thing is though, we did think the room was looking a bit shabby last trip. Most of the rest of the hotel had been renovated so maybe the family rooms have now. Also the Hilton have closed their pool and leisure facilities (just a small gym there now) so we're going to try somewhere else next time. Still can't beat it for convenience if your'e travelling from South terminal though.

We stayed there in a family room in August this year. 2+2 and had no trouble at all booking it on line with Holiday Extras.

Thanks for posting the Holiday Extras link.

Just booked a great deal on a family room and saved £75!

Drinks are on me!!

:cheer2:

We got back last Friday. On the way out we stayed in the Sofitel at LGW (formerly the Le Meridien). Apart from the extensive building work happening in the atrium a lovely hotel. I wouldn't stay at the Hilton again. I would most definately stay in the Sofitel. The pool was good and we had a room with airside view so were able to watch things come and go.

:) Chris.

We stayed at the Gatwick Hilton last month and have children, they were very accommodating, I phoned them direct to book the room and the parking was including. The rooms are a lovely size and made the start of our holiday very relaxing.
