Hillary Supporters unite part 2; no bashing please

Just for the record, the "loser's" comment should've been followed by a "just kidding". :goodvibes

By all means, vote for McCain if that's what you want to do.

Btw, if you think NY will go Red, there is indeed a bridge in Brooklyn for sale. NY will go red if Hillary isn't there? ........... Dream on.

Frankly, I don't give a damn if you like Obama or not. You vote your own self-interest. And if you vote against your self-interest as a protest vote, get in touch with a few of the Nadar supporters in Florida. They also thought they would "show us". If you want to go down in history as one of them, be my guest. No one can stop you.

Just don't cry when it bites you in the butt like the last 8 years of Bush have done. Thousands voted for Nadar in Florida. This mess is on their heads.

We "go Red" all the time. The state has not always voted Democrat and depending on who the VP candidate is and how Obama performs (if he's the nominee) I wouldn't count my state firmly on one side or the other.

We are happy to have Republican governors, mayors, etc. New Yorkers ALWAYS vote for thier own self-interest and I expect will do so again this November. We don't know yet who the best candidate will be to fulfill those interests. We really don't - you may know for YOU - but there are many of us who are still undecided. Let's see where we are closer to November.

And while you don't give a damn whther or not I like Obama, you may give a damn if a single "I" turns into thousands of voters. The general election is not locked in for Obama yet and his supporters telling those of us who are undecided that "they don't care who we like" or don't care what we think won't make us feel like "your" man will care anymore than you do.

I'm tired of having someone in the White House that doesn't care what I think. And based on the posts of some Obama supporters, now I'm even more unsure that he might be the same way.

Looks like Hillary is going to take KY by about 20 points.

Really? Gosh, I knew you were kidding all along. How much is that bridge again? :rolleyes1

I think the Obama board wants you back. Bye now!

I sometimes wonder why they are so frustrated if their guy is supposedly winning?

Maybe they are trying to provoke us. I'm sure one less Hillary thread would put a smile on their faces.
We just got to keep it nice.

I think, like Obama, a lot of them can’t accept criticism. A few of them see us criticizing Obama and they totally flip out. They can’t let it go that anyone is saying anything negative (regardless of how true) about Obama.

...and the rest of the state is solidly republican or solidly pro Hillary. I didn't really think about it before but I wonder if NY would go republican in Nov if Obama wins.

I think NY would go republican. I have plenty of friends in NY who like McCain. He really is considered a different type of republican. No matter what the Obama people say.

I heard Duke calling you.... time to go home & torture him for awhile:rotfl:

Is LuvDuke male or female? Just curious, for some reason I thought male but it sounds like I'm wrong?

Thats the wierd part. Does anyone really think he is perfect? I mean not even a small flaw?:lmao:

BYW Hillary is at 63% in Kentucky:banana:

30% spread...that's a blowout by anyone's standards. Any word on Oregon yet?

Oregon will go Obama, I tried my best to swing my family the other way, but they're hard headed and just don't listen to reason. I think my grandma is senile too, probably shouldn't be allowed to vote anymore. ;)

I for one, thank you for trying. The question is by how much. A tight race will at least make me feel better and make the SDs think twice about handing the Nom to Obama.

You have to be blunt if you want me to get your message. I'm afraid you just are beating around the bush too much.

Who is Duke? Better yet, post your answer on your Obama board. I really don't care who Duke is.

Duke was a nickname of John Wayne's but truthfully I don't if that is the Duke in the "visitor's" name.

Again, one more try: ignore....

Just wondering, what is the weather in Florida? It is chilly and raining hard in Southern NJ.

I think it's hard to say with Oregon. Portland metro area through Salem/Eugene is pretty liberal and will fall heavily towards Obama, much to my dismay. I don't know if it was mentioned or not but there was an Obama rally in Portland over the weekend with 75,000+ people. (including some of my family, who's names won't be mentioned, I'm just trying to forgive them ;) ) They're expecting a better than 50% turn out statewide. But outside of the metro areas it's a toss up.
