You guys do know that Gore and Hillary hated each other like poison, don't you?
Sorry, I didn't see this part of your post.
What that has to do with Gore or Hillary being VP?

There is no such thing as a CLEAN politician. As for Bill, you have your opinion and I have mine and that is how it is.

Bill Clinton is too willing to speak his mind. Since his wife was being "treated unfairly" by the media and has faced "sexist" battles, it is wrong if she isn't the nominee. Do you believe that he would be able to remain out of the limelight?
Successful former president? Do you mean the $109 MILLION Dollars he has "earned" after leaving office? Does NAFTA mean anything? How many scandals were there? How much money did the Rose Law Firm receive during HRC's failed health care initiative? Whitewater, very questionable pardons, Travelgate, the list goes on and on.
Agree
AND....I have my opinion of Obama and you have yours and that is how it is. So why are you in the Hillary Clinton support thread trying to stir the pot?
Not trying to sound mean, but seriously what are you hoping to accomplish right now? Putting down the Clintons over here is in our eyes bashing our opinions. And you just said you have your opinion and we have our opinion. So what are you trying to do?
You want to bash the Clintons, then the Obama thread is where that should be done.
You bash Hillary (or Bill even) over here, yeah, you will get resentment from this thread.
You guys seem to be taking exception to any little disagreement/jab at the Clinton's. Meanwhile, Al Gore, the man you are holding in such high regard, cannot stand them. I just find it a bit unusual, that's all...
I thought this was a Free Country? I guess that doesn't apply here?
Why are the OS not out celebration with each other![]()
You really have to wonderwhy they are here?
How many even really support him & how many are just![]()
That one idoit that was on here last night was on other theads too. You should have read the response to the poor woman who's baby died.![]()

I saw that post![]()
OF course it's a free country. I'm free to eat with my mouth open in a fancy restaurant. I'm free to make a lot of noise opening my candy in a movie theater. I'm free to take the last 5 egg rolls in a crowded buffet instead of just one. I'm free to do a lot of things.I thought this was a Free Country? I guess that doesn't apply here?
I didn't know what the hell you meant not that it makes any difference.
So let's see if I understand this: Working in a history making administration with the power of a Dick Cheney is lowering yourself?
Huh? Indeed, you can't make this stuff up.![]()

Well, I don't know....If htey hare each other "like poison" why didn't Gore jump at the chance to endorse Obama? What does it say about his feelings for Hillary -not to mention Obama- that he kept quiet?
Regardless of what they feel for each other, I greately admire each one for the work s/he has done. I don't find it unusual![]()
In Democratic circles, you don't get any higher than Al Gore right now. I can easily see why, for party unity, he wouldn't want to endorse either candidate. Gore is a good man, and a good Democrat, and wants, what I hope we all want, what is best for the party and for Democratic ideals.
Time for someone to go back to their own thread!
