Not sure I am following your post....are you trying to get long or are you telling me ....not?:confused3 please clarify...
The history of the Clintons is not clean or pretty. The hardest part is that there is no easy way to heal such a long and destructive campaign division. No matter who wins, someone will remain unhappy.

There is no such thing as a CLEAN politician. As for Bill, you have your opinion and I have mine and that is how it is.

Agree

AND....I have my opinion of Obama and you have yours and that is how it is. So why are you in the Hillary Clinton support thread trying to stir the pot?

Not trying to sound mean, but seriously what are you hoping to accomplish right now? Putting down the Clintons over here is in our eyes bashing our opinions. And you just said you have your opinion and we have our opinion. So what are you trying to do?

You want to bash the Clintons, then the Obama thread is where that should be done.

You bash Hillary (or Bill even) over here, yeah, you will get resentment from this thread.

Sorry, I didn't see this part of your post.

What that has to do with Gore or Hillary being VP? :confused3

You guys seem to be taking exception to any little disagreement/jab at the Clinton's. Meanwhile, Al Gore, the man you are holding in such high regard, cannot stand them. I just find it a bit unusual, that's all...

Bill Clinton is too willing to speak his mind. Since his wife was being "treated unfairly" by the media and has faced "sexist" battles, it is wrong if she isn't the nominee. Do you believe that he would be able to remain out of the limelight?

Successful former president? Do you mean the $109 MILLION Dollars he has "earned" after leaving office? Does NAFTA mean anything? How many scandals were there? How much money did the Rose Law Firm receive during HRC's failed health care initiative? Whitewater, very questionable pardons, Travelgate, the list goes on and on.

Thank you for proving the point I've tried to make in several posts about "Democrats" using every right-wing smear and attack on the only Democratic president in 40 years. When I pointed it out, several OS were shocked, told me they hadn't seen it and agreed with me that using those talking points was "despicable"

Well, here's the proof. I rest my case

Why are the OS not out celebration with each other:worship:

You really have to wonder  why they are here?

How many even really support him & how many are just :stir:

That one idoit that was on here last night was on other theads too. You should have read the response to the poor woman who's baby died.

I thought this was a Free Country? I guess that doesn't apply here?

Well, I don't know....If htey hare each other "like poison" why didn't Gore jump at the chance to endorse Obama? What does it say about his feelings for Hillary -not to mention Obama- that he kept quiet?

Regardless of what they feel for each other, I greately admire each one for the work s/he has done. I don't find it unusual :confused3

Didn't say you can't post here.
Just wondering why you feel the need to take jabs at the Clintons on THIS thread.
It just seems like you are baiting and trying to :stir:
I'm trying to figure out why

I saw that post :sad2:

I say to all the HS to read over this posters posts....the OS have been fine for the most part today and have been trying to make conversation...this poster is just trying to stir the pot and does not care.

So ignore her/him and lets move on.

OF course it's a free country. I'm free to eat with my mouth open in a fancy restaurant. I'm free to make a lot of noise opening my candy in a movie theater. I'm free to take the last 5 egg rolls in a crowded buffet instead of just one. I'm free to do a lot of things.

And FYI the post you replied to didn't say you couldn't post here. It said what would happen if you did.

I want to thank everyone who answered my questions.

About Governors Sebelius & Napolitano. If the DNC is going to put a woman on the ticket, the most qualified one is Hillary Clinton. (Sorry LuvDuke)

If the Democrats really want to get rid of the Clintons, they would pair Senator Obama with Governor Richardson. He is public enemy #1 with the Clintons, but the ensuing fireworks would be a lot of fun.

Al Gore has been on my mind also, but honestly I don't think he would take a pay cut at this time in his life.

I didn't know what the hell you meant not that it makes any difference.

So let's see if I understand this: Working in a history making administration with the power of a Dick Cheney is lowering yourself?

Huh? Indeed, you can't make this stuff up. :lmao:

Time for someone to go back to their own thread!

Ohhhhh.....Gore can aspire to be like Cheney....he must be salivaring at the prospect

ETA: Funny you'd say this..... The power of a Dick Cheney behind Obama?.....funny

I guess it's a free country as long as you only view things a certain way?

The continued support of a candidate that did not secure the nomination amazes me. A while ago I started a thread questioning whether or not HRC might run an independent campaign. Based upon the speech given by HRC last night, that possibility exists and the idea might be explored.

As for the implied bullying if not posting pro- Clinton, it is the same as the disruptions caused this weekend at the DNC hearings. While we all do not share the same views or expectations, there is no reason we all can't get along.

In Democratic circles, you don't get any higher than Al Gore right now. I can easily see why, for party unity, he wouldn't want to endorse either candidate. Gore is a good man, and a good Democrat, and wants, what I hope we all want, what is best for the party and for Democratic ideals.

Other than the reason why he didn' endorse (we can only speculate) ITA with everything you said :thumbsup2
