Want some help :rotfl2:[/QUOTE]

Yes, please! He's going to be hard to get out of here. And his mom won't take him, she finds him irritating too. :rotfl:

another thing that bothers me about Obama....he takes all the credit for all the DEMS coming out this time and voting.....young and new voters...well seems to me that he should be thanking Bush for that also.....it's not just all about him

Bush is the one that has turned this country upside down and the Dems are tired o fit and in addition they want this war over.
he is not solely responsible for this happening. :confused3 and what about all the Hillary supporters...he did not bring us out :confused3 she did and Bush did.....

I want to add that this remark bothered me......I will certainly take their recommendations into consideration, but ultimately the buck stops with me as the commander in chief," Obama said.

This was when they were talking about Iran...and asked about conferring with the Generals .....so if they say that they need to go to war and all the generals tell him this he will only take that into consideration? That comment made me feel like another elitist remark. I am the big wig so I will say what goes not them?

or am I reading to much into that remark ????

Well than if that will be a problem than how about I send you a bunch of duct tape and when it gets time to vote you can tape him up and lock him in the closet...your secret will be safe with us....I say all for one and one for all :thumbsup2 :lmao:

So my mom is emailing me links now....I thought we'd gotten her fixed, but no. http://news.yahoo.com/s/huffpost/20080408/cm_huffpost/095529 Help!

And the husband is going all pro-Obama. I'm going to have him deported tomorrow. ;)

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

BO's plan to exit iraq his ALL HIS thoughts.
Hillary has 30 Admirals, Generals...etc helping with her plan.

Interesting thoughts about the debate being talked about here on DIS & Talk radio.

First off Debates are geared for the 'undecideds". Neither candidates supporters will cross over because a debate.

But It is pretty unanimous that Obamaites are PEEVED at last nights Debates. They blame everyone else ...except Barack.:confused3 "The questions werent fair, thats not what they should be talking about, Hillary attacked him,...and (my fav) It was Biased" ...etc.

Plain truth is that .....He was HORRIBLE right from the 'get go' last night. To me, I swear he was crying when the Debate started.:confused3

I watched the debate and it was awesome. Clinton did a fabulous job!!!:thumbsup2

Obama did have some moments of irritation on his face and it didn't look good. Now, when they asked a question that made him smile, he seemed more at ease and normal. I didn't like the fact that he said these little things distract from the key issues. Yes, the media and the oppositions make a big deal out of small things, but that's politics. If you didn't like it, you didn't have to sign up. What, are these things suppose to stop because he says he doesn't want to play. I would rather get this little crap started now, so when the general comes, they can say what has been said before and get on with the big issues. There will always be new things, but I think they will help Obama tweak how he states things in the future. It's a great learning experience for him.

I think Clinton did a great job of saying sorry for mispoken words about her visit to Bosnia. She should have said it like that from the get go and the way her husband tried to clean it up was horrible.

Go HILLARY in PA!!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Oh that's not a problem, he can't vote! He's not a citizen, he's here on a spouse sponsored green card. :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Funny. I was thinking that when I posted it - he didn't help Kerry win - and he performed benefits!!

I remember a lot of Republican fans freaking out over him because he outed himself as a democrat. They could not listen to his music any longer!

If republican fans could not tell he was a democrat by listening to his lyrics....then they were not really very good listeners were they??

Bruce is an elitist?? that is a joke!!!

(I went to college not collage..... but I may be a college elitist......)

Um why do you say that is funny...and as for my spelling...have you not spelt any words wrong before..????

He does think he is better than others and puts himself in a better category than other things that place him in that category....Do you even know the meaning of what an elitist is? Tell me why you think he does not stand under that category?

I am going by news articles about him in the past...my friendship with him from years past and also friends he works with at this time a boys club in NJ.

Please explain why you think he is not :confused3

Do you think anyone who has had his level of success is an elitist??

Your definition of elitism.....(from your previous post)

"e·lit·ism or é·lit·ism //

The belief that certain persons or members of certain classes or groups deserve favored treatment by virtue of their perceived superiority, as in intellect, social status, or financial resources.

The sense of entitlement enjoyed by such a group or class.
Control, rule, or domination by such a group or class."

success does not mean you think you deserve favored treatment or have a sense of entitilement.......

so, what i said does make perfect sense....

sorry for the off topic discussion.....

carry on........

okay you still have me lost....this is a silly conversation we are having....:rotfl2: do you agree? I don't know what you mean ...sorry but I am missing your direct point :confused3 Shall we get away for the BOSS and move on to the candidates?

By the way nice to have you drop in :thumbsup2

watching the news.....seems Philly news station or paper not sure which one it was... says that they decided to support Obama because they felt that he is a real unifier ...and that was there main reason for choosing him :rotfl2:

Unifier....that makes me laugh :rotfl: cant ya see all the Hillary supporters and conservatives running over to him ! I keep hearing more Conservatives moving away from Obama not to him.

Bush is the real unifyer of the Dems....not Obama :thumbsup2

Obama Shaken, Rattled, and Rolled

"......if he still harbors any hopes of driving Hillary Clinton from the Democratic race by scoring an upset victory in Pennsylvania, he might be wise to get real. It's hard to imagine that he won over the working-class, culturally-conservative Democrats who constitute the swing vote; if anything, his performance during the first 45 minutes of the debate may well have cemented their suspicions.

Obama's devotees will no doubt complain today that the ABC News inquisitors were grossly unfair, that they focused their fire on Obama while leaving Hillary Clinton relatively unscathed, and that they asked too many dirtball questions at Obama's expense. (George Stephanopoulos to Obama: "Do you think Rev. Wright loves America as much as you do?") Whatever. Whining about the media is the last resort of losers. The bottom line is that Obama didn't successfully adapt to the environment.

Obama defenders might dismiss all this as quibbles over wording. But, as Obama himself frequently points out, "words matter." And his latest words on the matter aren't likely to charm the voters whom he needs to break through in Pennsylvania."

After the debate last night Channel 6 had an hour special. They had about 14 young voters from the University of Penn watching the debate. The front row were all Obama supporters. They asked who they thought won the debate & everyone but 1 undecided voter picked Hillary.

I have to respectfully disagree with you on this. The only reason so many people are supoorting Hillary now is because she has a real opponent in Barack Obama. The young people are out in support of HIM, not her and not just because of Bush. People would not be so radically supporting her now if Obama wasn't in it.

And he is right, the buck does stop with him. Bush had how many people advising him and who do we place all the blame on ? Bush because he is the commander in chief.

DISUNC, I find it sad and alarming that you are getting your stuff from the GOP. My goal is to get a Democrat in the White House. What's yours?

The young people are out in support of HIM, not her and not just because of Bush.

:wave2: Under the criteria set forth by my local legislative district caucus and the young democrats of America, I am a "young person" and I am very much out in support of HER.

I know it comes as a shock to many of the OS, but there are actual young people for Hillary, much worse, I'm a pissed off young mommy voting for the rights of her children and family! Go Hillary! :cheer2:
