Nader was good in his time however I see no logical reason for him doing what he is doing. And if he has any effect, which is doubtful, I think he will take away votes from Obama.
I started laughing at Obama saying that Nader is just coming in becuase it is "all about him"...as in it's all about Nader...I said out loud...looks who's talking. Obama seems to always be walking around with his nose in the air :snooty:
:lmao: The pot calling the kettle black...HUH? :lmao:

Yes, I couldn't agree more. He does great standing behind a podium reading a speech, but any other time I don't find him the least bit compelling.

I'm just so over him. I refuse to be swept up by it...my dad is a pastor and frankly I've listened to enough sermons in my life.

I dont even get his Speaches!:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

He stammers during the Debates. But I have yet seen him on a one to one live interview with anyone. Has he done any????

The more I hear from Obama the more I am thinking...This is one of the Great BS Artist of out time!:lmao:

So looks like Hillary is being slammed again for her Ralley and her uproar about the pamphlets and his "God like" attitude...

Good for her and it's about time. But what gets me is how he gets away with things and it is turned on her even if it is something that he did to cause it :confused3

Why is it that even when he doies wrong it is ignored...he has done sm many things with his bad information to diggs on her and they seem to dissapear...just like the facts on his Debate statement about Iraq :confused3

I agree and what I find soooo funny is that so many conservatives see it to because they have not been bitten by his bug. When you go on the conservative thread even on here they feel sorry for Hillary saying she is getting a raw deal.

And theses were Hillary Machine haters....yet they are saying that they would vote for her over Obama ....so we are not the only ones seeing this

The more I listen to him and his promises all 50 million of them the more I hear Bush...it's like he will promise everything he can so just to get elected. I think it is not just him but the media's unfairness and Obama supporters that are turning me against him

This is an edit...I am sooooo done over at the Liberal thread....I feel like the Obama supporters are the same as Obama...everytime they throw something in about Hillary there logic is it is okay. But If we throw something in about Obama it is an ATTACK....sound familure.....

Well, I don't get it either, but some people buy into the "hope in a jar" I guess??

I suppose if your life is in the crapper he may be inpsiring, but my life's pretty darn good at this point :thumbsup2

Nader will not be statistically significant in this one. However, he will siphon off some votes from whoever gets the Dem nomination, be it Hillary or Barak.

Was just going to point that out. He isn't joining the race for the Democratic nomination, he's joining the race for the general election.

It's the usual suspects, unable to engage in thoughtful discourse, they resort to severe attacks. They certainly don't do their candidate, or themselves, any favors.

My point, poorly stated, was that he would likely pull votes from Obama not Hillary. They would be so few as to be meaningless though. OK? :confused3

True. I don't think he has anything to offer over candidates like Hillary and Barak. They are both a democrat's dream. There is no left wing of the party now that is unhappy to vote for him.

I am not sure what I am going to do if Obama gets the nod. I see so many things wrong with his presidency because I fear he will be completely ineffectual against the "Washington Machine".

I know that with him as president - my hopes for meaningful health care reform are out the window. I do not see Hillary getting everything through in her plan - but Obama's is already so watered down that we will be left with nothing.

I really see him like another Jimmy Carter. Do not get me wrong - I really admire Pres. Carter - but you have to admit he just didn't cut it as CiC. And then what happened? We handed over the office to the repubs for 12 long years. I am so afraid that Obama will get in there - accomplish nothing in 4 years and it will go right back to the repubs. And for how long then?

I would never vote Republican because I am firmly pro-choice, pro-gay rights, but the thought of voting for Obama gives me a sick feeling in my stomach.

You will hold your nose and vote for Obama just like I will. At least he'll be able to appoint some Supreme Court justices I could live with.

You are right. But I am so disappointed.

Oh and I watched the so-called Hillary "rant". OMG did she just finally say what I have been thinking all along. :thumbsup2

I just do not see how so many do not see the creepy "tent-revival" feel to Obama's campaign.

My thoughts precisely! If he cant handle the Clintons.......What is he gonna do when the GOP come after him????:crazy2:

:scared: The DNC developed the whole "SuperDelagate" thing after Carter was elected. They knew he was not the right choice. They just may have to enforce it this time. The whole "SuperDelagate" thing going to the peoples choice is a direct conflict of why it was developed in the first place.

Obama Mailings 'False'?
February 24, 2008
Clinton says Democrats should be "outraged." You be the judge.
Summary
Clinton said "every Democrat should be outraged" at two "false" mailers that Obama sent to voters in Ohio.

We find that a mailer criticizing her position on trade is indeed misleading. One that attacks her health-care plan we have previously described as straining the facts, though not exactly "false."
Trade: A mailer showing a locked plant gate quotes Clinton as saying she believed NAFTA was "a boon" to the economy. Those are not her words and Obama was wrong to put quote marks around them. In fact, she's been described by a biographer as privately opposing NAFTA in the White House.

Health Care: A second mailer said Clinton's health care plan "forces everyone to buy insurance, even if you can't afford it." We have previously said that mailer "lacks context" and strains the facts. But both Obama and Clinton have been exaggerating their differences on this issue.
We've also previously criticized Clinton for sending a mailer that twisted Obama's words and gave a false picture of his proposals on Social Security, home foreclosures and energy.

We leave it to our readers to decide whether they should be "outraged" or not, and at whom.

Yes, but who has most of the Supers? It used to be Hillary, but I am not so sure anymore.

I have decided that if Obama gets the nomination, I'll be sitting out the election or voting for McCain for two reasons:

1.) I'm so turned off by the Obama machine right now. The Obama supporters, the media, his campaign has made him look like the second coming of Christ. I'm so over it.

2.) I believe if he gets the nomination and wins, he will be a one-term president and the following 8 years will be back to Republicans. I truly feel that Hillary would be able to win a second term; him, not so much. I'd rather McCain have those 4 years then we can go back to a Democratic President.

As of today Obama has 161 SD, and Clinton has 234 SD!

Most of them are still undecided! However THEY can change at the last minute in the convention!

We really have to wait and see what Texas, Ohio & Pennsylvania is gonna bring! It STILL is a very close race with Obama having only 69 delegates more.

Oh God, No!!!!!

My nightmare is MCCain appointing two more justices who would tilt the Court to the right for the rest of my life. No more choice; no more consumer protection; no more environmental protection; no more meaningful regulation of publicly traded companies. The mind boggles. It will be like living in 1932 again.
