Well, Hillary is at 10% and has been staying there for a while now. That's with 89% percent reporting on Yahoo. It's a small step but an important one. :)

What disturbs me is that they all said she had to win by "double digits" - and now she has - and they aren't declaring this the "big win" "they" all said it would be this morning!

Headlines just say:

MSNBC - Clinton presses on after Pennsylvania win
CNN - Clinton claims victory in Pennsylvania primary
Huffington Post (anti-Hillary for a long time) - CLINTON SURVIVES ANOTHER DAY
Politico - Clinton notches key Pennsylvania win
ABC - Democrats Fight On: Clinton Wins Pennsylvania Primary
Talking Points Memo - HILLARY WINS TOUGH PENNSYLVANIA PRIMARY

Are ya suprised by the lackluster headlines?:sad2:

Congratulations, Hillary supporters. As you can see from my siggie, I am an Obama supporter, but I DO like Hillary. I will vote for her happily in Nov. if she is our nominee.

I'm with you! I will really be happy to vote for either of these candidates come November!

I'm not the least bit surprised. It's been an uphill struggle for Hillary and the press hasn't helped. It's OK though because the public will see a win no matter how anyone spins it. :thumbsup2

BTW Off Topic

I heard on the radio today, that PR can vote in the Primary...BUT not the GE come Nov.:confused3

ALSO...ALL the polls were wrong!

Exit polls: voters who switched parties favor Obama

CNN) — Today's Democratic contest in Pennsylvania was a closed primary, open only to registered Democrats. Exit polls show 14 percent of today's voters were either registered as members of another party or simply unregistered back in January. Among this group, Barack Obama beats Hillary Clinton 59 percent to 39.

Five percent of today's voters were registered Republicans in January. They voted for Obama today, 52 percent to 44.

It seems that the GOP is being MISCHIEF Makers! Unless Republicans really really want Obama?

This is on CNN.. the part of the article that caught my attention of % of people that exited stating that if it was a Clinton/McCain election they'd vote for McCain or stay home over voting for Clinton and if it were a Obama/McCain election the % of those people that would vote McCain over Obama.

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/04/22/exit.polls/index.html

... Just not a good thing for the party. I've stated on here before: I'm not voting for Obama. The childishness that he's displayed over the last couple of weeks has sealed the deal for me. At least at this point in his life, I don't feel that he can handle the responsibilities of being the POTUS. I can't vote for a man who pouts and cries ‘unfair’ when he’s thrown hard questions in a debate. He can’t do that when he has to make a tough decision or answer tough questions as President. Flipping off Hillary during that speech (even though she wasn’t exactly in the room – the point was made), reports that he’s refusing to speak to the media because he didn’t like how his last debate went… none of these are qualities that I want in the next President.

Maybe after he’s served in the Senate longer he will grow-up and actually be a good candidate for POTUS but right now, I don’t believe that to be the case.

And there are many who feel just as strongly about Hillary as I feel about Obama. The DNC needs to understand that this is a serious problem for the party and even though Bush has screwed up the country over the last 8 years; the probability of McCain getting elected in November is high because of this divide. I know that this divide will not disappear once a Democratic candidate is elected… but maybe I’m wrong. Maybe someone can throw these words back at me in a few months. Who knows….

When I hear people say that the SD's "giving" the nom to Hillary will tear apart the party I have to wonder how right they actually are. Because it seems to me that the majority of the old party faithful are Hillary supporters. I'm sure that some are Obama supporters. But it seems like, by and large most of OS are political neophytes.

We got our 10% :dance3: on CNN and FOX they have been talking about how this will hurt Obama. Also in the last 2 hrs Hillary has raised 2.5 million dollars. :thumbsup2

okay so we need Edwards to help her over NC.....cant he see that all the voters that would vote for him are voting for her.....:confused3

His wife has said that she likes her Health plan much better and his Campaine manager is for her so where is he. We need him to help give us a better pull in his state.

Just curious - would you vote the ticket if Obama chose Hillary as VP - or if Hilllary chose Obama?

I have a bad feeling that McCain will win in November - if the two sides of the party do not get together. The only way I can see them "getting together" is forming a joint ticket.

Yes, I know almost every one says it won't happen - but there have been so many people proved wrong in this race - that, to me, its still a glimmer........

You bet..I've been wishing for it since I stood in the voting booth on Primary day. I voted for Obama, but I wanted to vote for both of them.

Congrats on PA, guys!

Just popping by to say congrats on last night.

Ditto!
