... why is nobody concerned about Hillary's husband setting up the loss of the Magnequench business (magnets for smart-bombs) that lost hundreds of jobs in INDIANA...

Some of us here ARE upset about it but when the ad runs it is just a veiled attack on GWB by the Hildebeast.

The liberal media has no interest in making an issue about the truth of this and many of her other lies.

I get a kick of her latest ad here locally about using the "windfall profits" from the oil companies. Saw yesterday that the oil company profit per gallon of gas is around $.08 to $.10 and the Federal and state taxes (depending on the particular state) are between $.45 and $.60. Remember that these agencies have NO INVESTMENT in that gallon of gas just taxes.

How many people would be happy if after you sold your house during the periods of good sales, you made above average profit and thee Hildebeast came to your door and said you made a "windfall profit" on your house sale and had to give some of it to the Fed.

Just my $.19 ($.02 adjusted for inflation)

This is definitely an issue, but I'm sure it won't get any attention because it doesn't include an angry black man quoting a former Bush ambassador.

Besides...Hillary was only involved in the good things that happened during the Clinton administration, remember? Everything bad was all Bill.

ETA: Maybe if you changed the thread title to "Hillary Lies Again" you could get some attention for the thread. If it ain't sensationalized, it's ain't interesting to some people.

And what's even more ironic is that she and Bayh attempted to get the original owner of the company to say the sale is Bush's fault, but he admitted that sale occurred and was approved by Clinton. I read an article in which Bayh was on the record for protesting at the time the trade agreement that made this sale possible, but he has clearly since changed his position. I guess this is one of those 'I was for it before I was against it' items.

And here's another shady Clinton item not being discussed by the media: her campaign fundraising tactics and the recent decision that her court date in the lawsuit paul v. clinton has been deferred until January '09. I admit this Mr Paul sounds like a major sleaze and does not help his case with $50 donations for his expose video. But Hillary and Bill doing business with sleaze bag and I believe felon. Oh yeah, the Clintons keep company with really upstanding people.

Frankly anytime I talk to anyone throwing that term around I know I'm dealing with a Rush sycophant - and it's pointless to try to have a rational conversation.

Do I think that everyone that listens to Rush is a sycophant? No. But someone that thinks it's acceptable to call another human being a name like that? then yes, I think they probably listen to Rush to exclusion of common decency.

And no. For the record as much as I loath Bush I'd never use a term as vile as that on him.

OK, this is my first post since K-F made the above comments..

No, I dont like H-Beast (and I'm not even that fond of "Rush Sycophant" either)..

I do however believe the count on Obama being 1) Muslim (leaning), 2) Anti American, 3) a pathalogical liar, 4) a friend of the "Weathermen", 5) too inexperienced (anyone remember that guy from Massachusetts?)... significantly outnumber the posts I see calling names of Clinton and McCain (perhaps just my jaded view).

What I'd really like to see is some talk about who will move the economy, tax structure, health care, national and border defense, and intra-party dialogue in a new direction.

And of course, everyone purty much knows who I think addresses that (those) issues best (IMHO).
