Highway in the Sky Dine Around

Has anyone done the Dine Around since it began on December 2nd? I think it is a great idea and would love to try it on my next visit to the World. I am interested in hearing from anyone who has tried it. Is it well-organized? Is it worth the price? I am confused over whether the $150 cost includes tax and gratuity or excludes them. I have read it both ways on several different sites. Please straighten this out for me as well. Thanks.
