Highway in the Sky Dine Around - How Long does it take?

Hi.

I was able to book Highway in the Sky Dine Around when it opened up for September a couple of weeks ago, with it beginning at 5:45 pm.

Today I received an e-mail for AK Moonlight Magic event, which is the same evening, beginning at
9:30 pm (although I understand we can enter the park at 7 pm).

I want to take the included transportation to AK from the Poly (where I will be staying).

So, I am wondering if I can do both? If not, I may switch the Highway in the Sky to Tuesday or Thursday, can't remember which day, which as of this moment, is still available. Or, is my plan too ambitious.

I see that the night ends with the fireworks and so looked them up and they begin at 9 pm so I am thinking I need to change my ressie if I can/want.

If you are up to the late night, going to AK for the Moonlight Madness event is doable. We purposefully booked our Highway In The Sky on a night Epcot has 11:00PM EMH because we want to take a nighttime stroll through Epcot on our way back to our BWV resort. This worked out terrific for us in May. We took the monorail after the fireworks to Epcot with another couple we met at the event. We were able to ride Soarin' and have a beautiful walk back to Boardwalk where we were both staying.

Thank you very much. I'm torn on what to do but thinking I should change the Highway in the Sky since fireworks don't start until 9 pm and then we have to leave the area and take the bus to AK. I'll look at my itinerary tomorrow and try to figure it all out.

I think that's a great idea, and was thinking of that if they open dates in October, but on nights of the MNSSHP the Highway in the Sky doesn't start until 7 PM and fireworks are at 10:15. So that won't work for me. Bummer.
