Only just getting round to doing our highs and lows from the weekend - we were only in the parks for Saturday (lasted all 14 hours ) and did some shopping in the village on the sunday

Highs:

• Dreams: as everyone else has said, the show is amazing - felt pretty misty eyed during parts! Loved it :cloud9:

• Crowds: for a saturday in the middle of june, the crowds weren't as bad as I thought they would be. We managed to get on all the rides we wanted - we used FastPass pretty well and I think we only queued for about 30-45 mins the most all day (including Crush's Coaster!)

• No breakdowns or rides not working for us: they did send round a few empty coasters on RnRC for testing while we were in the queue but this was quickly resolved

• My mum having an amazing time: This was my mum's first time to DLRP, (she has been to WDW when we were younger) and I am so glad she had such a great time - she can definitely see why we come so often now, and she said she would love to go again. It's such a great feeling when someone else just 'gets' it isn't it?! :yay:

• Weather: we had some great weather at the weekend - it was about 22 degrees so not too hot, not too cold, no rain - it was perfect :goodvibes

Lows:

I can honestly say I can't think of any lows here! There wasn't too much pushing or shoving as I had been reading about on here lately, the CMs we encountered were polite, and the toilets were ok (as far as toilets go!) We really did have a great time :thumbsup2

Actually, the only low I can think of is that it went too quickly!

What a brilliant weekend - and well done on doing a 14 hour stint! Those queue times were really good too!

We had no rudeness, problems with CM's , pushing or loos. Not even any smoking! That was earlier this month although it seems years ago now.

Glad you had a good time and your mum x

A great weekend! Glad you had a good time :goodvibes

Sounds like a great trip.
I'm sure there'll be more crowds next week (can't wait!) but we'll manage. I'm so excited to finally see Dreams. :goodvibes

:goodvibes glad you had a great trip. It is always nice to hear of people coming back with no lows.

Glad you had such a great time :cool1:

I would love to take my mum to DLP, but I don't think we will ever get her there. :sad2: Took my brother a few years ago and he definitely wants to go again! :thumbsup2
