Jonjo, how lucky we're you to get upgraded in HNY?! We're going in May, we have booked a Plaza room, (I don't know if that's the standard?) and I'd LOVE to get upgraded. we looked at booking the Empire State club but couldnt get the two free nights that's on offer.

It came as a bit of a shock when we opened the door to our room to find a suite behind the door. We have to thank the Business Solutions Department for the upgrade as we found out they were responsible for that sprinkling of magic.
