Just came back from another Disneyland Paris trip and wanted to share some highs and lows of the trip. It was very warm by the way, and crowded, but still really enjoyed the trip. I went on this trip together with my wife.
Highs:
- Hotel Seqouia Lodge. What a wonderfull hotel. We stayed in a Suite since we wanted the VIP Fastpasses. The suite was beautiful, very recently renovated and everything felt brand new. Beautiful styling, much better then the old style suite where I also once stayed.
- VIP Fastpasses. Loved these with the crowds and heat.
- Meals. All the meals we had where very good. We took the 20th anniversary meal plan in Walts. We had the salad with ham and melon, and the lamb. We loved the dessert too. We also ate once at the Blue Lagoon. I love this place, the atmosphere is really great. Had pork medallions and coconut ice cream with pineapple. My wife had the creme brullee for dessert. Everything was really good.
- Dreams show of course. Saw it every night we where there. I was surprised we could find a pretty good spot after Fantillusion right on Main Street.
- It was great to see Tarzan again.

Lows:
- No music on one of the two rides on Rock n'Roller coaster. I know this is common, but I still hate riding it without music.
- Some attempted line cutting at Crush Coaster. It is a difficult line to stop the line cutters, because it's quite wide at some points and the line moves so slow.

Overall a really magical trip again.

Small correction, we had the veal medaillions at Blue Lagoon (so no pork).

Another high was the new World of Disney store by the way. Loved the look and because of the wide paths it didn't feel very crowded.

Sounds like a lovely trip! It was starting to get hotter when we left on the 17th, it must have been a life saver with the VIP passes!

Welcome back, sounds like you had a great trip:goodvibes

what a nice trip. Welcome back. I probably should try Blue Lagoon on my next trip.

Nice to see some many highs :goodvibes

Great to hear you had a good time and survived our heat wave :crazy2:

That low is my OH's major grumble about RnRc as it happens too often these days :rolleyes2

- No music on one of the two rides on Rock n'Roller coaster. I know this is common, but I still hate riding it without music.

Sounds like a lovely trip. We enjoyed the Blue Lagoon too :thumbsup2

Regarding the heat wave, we had to go inside once in a while to cool off and have a drink. We loved going to the Fantasia bar in the Disneyland hotel, since it's such a relaxing place to stop for a rest and cool down with a drink.

And yes, those VIP Fastpasses where a life saver in that heat. Especially for Big Thunder Mountain and Tower of Terror (which are our favorite rides). I love those VIP Fastpasses! While the suite was amazing, it is a little too expensive to do this everytime we go (we usually go 3 to 4 times a year). Maybe next time I will just buy a VIP Fastpass at the reception of the Disneyland hotel for 1 day to do all the Fastpass rides in the same day.

Btw, the construction of Ratatouille is going pretty fast now. We saw bright lights coming from the construction zone after WDS park closing. Maybe they want the outside of the building finished before it starts freezing.

We were there the same time as you and it's nice to see that you came home with lots of highs too. :goodvibes

It's good to see lots of highs! Glad you had a great time. We experienced the line cutting with Crush's Coaster, it was frustrating, some families ended up arguing with the CM there for doing nothing! At least there were only the two lows and you still had a magical time :goodvibes
