Highchairs everywhere?

So this may be a silly question, but can I expect highchairs to be available at all restaurants around the world? Sit down, dinner shows, and counter service? I would assume so since it's such a family friendly place. It is our first time with a toddler and we've never really paid attention to it before.

Yes. But be sure that your infant/toddler is on every reservation you make.

1) Yes, but first-come-first-served.
2) Any eatery cannot have an infinite amount of high chairs.
