High Winds for next week. What to do if you cant dock at CC?

With winds predicted at 20-35 MPH next week. I am getting nervous about plans if you cannot dock at CC. What do you do if you can't dock? What will Disney provide on the ship?

Our cruise has a day planned at Freeport so no opportunity for a "try again" next day.

Lampy -

We have been unable to dock at CC on 2 of our 3 cruises. The first time was following Hurricane Floyd and there was no hope due to damage on the island. The second time was on the Halloween Cruise of 2001. The Captain gave it several valiant tries but it just wasn't meant to happen. And, I would always rather be safe!!

The Cruise Director's staff did a superb job of planning alternate adult and family activities to fill the time. While it was disappointing to miss CC once again, we had met some WONDERFUL friends through the DIS and ended up spending a relaxing afternoon by the Mickey Pool with the children. It is one of my fondest memories of that trip.
