High Tea at Palo ???

Our DD will be 17 1/2. We were hoping they wouldn't say anything if she were the Tea. She was unable to dine with us at Palo's on our last trip. Our party was 7 adults and one child - our DD. We ate at Palo's and she ate in the room. We felt a little guilty - but notice it didn't stop us! I'd really like to surprise her. I am not sure when our next Disney cruise might be. Does any one have some sage advise?

Ages for the entire party are encoded and noted on each KTTW card. About the only thing you can do is ask at Palo and see if they would allow her to join you for high tea since she is so close to being 18.

I know that DCL will make some exceptions for some aspects of the cruise. For example, moving a child into the next age group if they are within three months of fitting into the group anyway. But, I'm not sure if Palo will be willing to make the same exception.
