High Speed Memory Stick PRO Duo

I'm buying a Sony H-2 (which I'm getting from a local camera store - they said it would be about a week to come in and then someone else tells me it could be 2-6 weeks!!!! I'm leaving soon and I need my camera! HELP! I might have to buy it on-line! I need to play with it before I leave - I've never had a digital camera before.) Sorry I digressed.

My question is which memory PRO Duo stick do I buy. I see one that says High Speed Memory and the other one is not - what is the difference and what will it do for me? Thanks.

If I am not mistaken, the high speed one is not compatible with the H2. Go to sonystyle.com and look at the memory sticks. Most of them tell which cameras they are compatible with. I have the H5, and the high speed is not compatible with it.
