high speed is here

I am currently at the BCV and looked behind the small desk that the telephone sits on to see if there were any signs of a high speed hookup. Saw a modem, attached my cable to my computer and to the modem, logged on, got a message that says "high speed internet service is coming soon, but for a trial, click here", clicked where it said and I have internet service.

Great on the HS Internet. Are they charging for the trial, or is it free. On our recent trip to / from HH we stayed at Hampton Inns. All of them had HS Internet in the room for me, at no extra charge.

Hope they put this in all the DVC rooms over the next year.

I'm guessing it will be free until all rooms are finished and they can put a charging system in place. It sure has been nice not to have to go to the business center and pay $5. for 15 minutes ($10. if you have to use their computers).

There are so many hotels that are offering internet access with no charge, that I am wondering what WDW is going to do.
