High Speed internet At AKL

For anyone that is interested they now have HSI in the rooms at AKL, it is also free until the 26th. As I write this I am looking out on to the savanah

I assume you mean the 26 October :0( We don't get there until the 14th of November...

How does one connect to this? Is it just a network connection you plug your laptop into, or do you need a cable, DSL or dial-up modem?

They seem to be rolling it out at all the resorts now. I seem to remember reading that Port Orleans riverside was similarly equipped a few weeks ago.

You just need an ethernet network cable (RJ45) then just plug it in to socket in the wall and off you go. It was a god send yesterday when the wheather was bad!
