High Speed Internet Access & WiFi - Must Pay for Both?

I'm assuming the answer is "yes." But, just wanted to check. If you are staying at, say, The Contemporary (which has both HSIA in rooms and WiFi spots in various locations) you need to pay the $9.95 per day for each if you want each, correct? Or, is it one rate and you get both? Thanks.

Also, if you buy the WiFi, can you use all WDW spots, or only those at one designated resort? Thanks again.
