High speed interet access

I read on another thread that CSR has high speed internet access. What other resorts, if any, offer this service?
And, is it included in the hotel room rate, or is it extra? If extra, anyone have current rates?

I think this might seal the deal for my husband. He WILL NOT be working at WDW but he'd probably appreciate the access (as would I, probably, for doing a live mini trip report or something....). Booking hotels/motels for the road trip home would be nice too.

I know that the Swan and Dolphin offer great high speed access - and it is included.
