High School Musical

We've seen it twice! It's cute and my niece loves it! Some kids even get to participate in part of the show.

Get to the spot early becasue it fills up quick.

My DD9 would be thrilled to paticipate. She has watched mvoie so many times she knows script by

There are two show stops. The first is in Sunshine Plaza, and the second one is by Golden Dreams Theater. I would suggest doing the one near Golden Dreams because it tends to be less crowded and you can get a better spot without waiting.

Our daughters, 4 and 7, LOVED it.

When you decide where to sit, you may want to be mindful of the setting sun if you are watching a later showing. We were looking into the sun - the parents in our area were giving kids sun glasses and trying to cover eyes with their hands on their brows.

If your kids loved the movie they will love the show at DCA. We have seen it several times in both locations. I suggest Golden Dreams viewing spot too. You want to be seated on the side as the theater and NOT the side closer to the water. Both my kids got into it but especially my daughter who now dances around the house doing the moves she was taught.

The sweetpea loved HSM, but thought the show at DCA was a bit lame. It could be her age, but I wasn't that crazy about it either. We were just glad that we walked up, got a front row spot and didn't spend time waiting for it. If your kids are on the younger end, I'm sure they will enjoy it. I just wouldn't waste a ton of time for it though.

My daughter loves the movies and loves the show. It doesn't take long if you wait near the golden dreams theater. We get there about 5-10 before the show and are in the front row always. They do a great job of getting the kids involved. It is definitely oriented towards the young ones based on the attendance. It is certainly worth the little bit of time it takes to take it in.

my kids (2,4,6) love the movie, did not like the show at all. we left it after 1 song. we passed again later that week during a different part, and they still did not like it. My daughter asked why would we watch other people sing the songs. if it is not Gabby and Troy, she could just listen on the radio.
